**Trash Service Update**
The Board has received updated information from the management company regarding trash services for Bainbridge Estates. Residents are asked to review the following guidelines carefully. Back-door service remains available for all residents. While the trash company is unable to provide exact pickup times due to varying daily routes, collection will continue to occur on all scheduled service days. Leaves and grass clippings will be collected on Thursdays and must be properly bagged. Each household is limited to three bags per week. Branches will also be collected, provided they are securely bundled and do not exceed six feet in length. **Heavy trash pickup will now be available once per quarter for Bainbridge Estates. This service will take place during the third week of the month on Thursday.** Residents are asked to follow these guidelines to ensure timely and efficient service throughout the community.
