The Bainbridge Estates Property Owners Association is guided by a Board of Directors made up of homeowners within the community.

The Board works in partnership with the community management company to oversee operations, maintain shared areas, support architectural standards, and address matters that affect the neighborhood.

Community Manager, Choice Association Management

Jaime Burns is the primary point of contact for Bainbridge Estates owners, working with the Board to coordinate maintenance, compliance, and communication on behalf of the community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Community Committees

Resident volunteers play an important role in supporting the Bainbridge Estates community. Committees provide opportunities for homeowners to contribute ideas, assist with neighborhood initiatives, and support community improvements.

Residents interested in participating may request to join a committee through the website. Committee participation helps strengthen communication and engagement throughout the neighborhood.

Architectural Review Committee

Reviews and approves exterior modifications to maintain community aesthetic standards.

Landscape Committee

Oversees grounds maintenance, seasonal plantings, and common area improvements.

Social Committee

Plans and coordinates community events, fostering connections among residents.

Finance Committee

Works with the Treasurer on annual budgets and expenditure monitoring.

Security & Gate Committee

Supports gate operations, access systems, and security-related matters.

Communications Committee

Improves resident communication and website content.
